The Cigarral de Las Mercedes opened its doors at the end of the 1990s. A team of professionals maintains the history, values and essence of the Cigarral.
Personalised attention and proximity define us in our day-to-day work. Our estate covers an area of five hectares and is considered one of the most appreciated landscapes in Toledo due to the conservation of its landscaped areas, traditional architecture and historical-cultural origins.
Our haute cuisine distinguishes us by the combination of traditional gastronomy and the latest trends in presentation. To ensure the success of the event, each area has its own kitchen.
What is a Cigarral?
The stately recreational estates located on the outskirts of Toledo, on its southern slopes, are known as cigarrales. A house, a small vegetable garden, fruit trees and a wall always delimiting its extension are its traditional signs of identity.
But in addition to all this, a real cigarral must have views of Toledo. And in this aspect, as in others, few surpass the Cigarral de Las Mercedes, located on one of the best and highest vantage points overlooking the city and the Tagus River.
