Scoop out all of the stringy pulp and seeds with your hands or a big spoon. Make sure you scrape the inside of the pumpkin with the spoon to get out every scrap of the stringy, soft pulp, leaving only firm, hard flesh. Wipe the inside dry with a kitchen towel or cleaning cloth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Save the pulp and the seeds!
